Questions

How do I join VIP?

VIP is by invitation only. Players who reach Diamond (2,000 XP) are offered a place, and we may also invite players directly. There is no application form and no fee. Every player still starts at Bronze and climbs automatically as XP grows.

I got an invitation. What now?

Sign in and open your invitation in your account. Accepting is free and optional. If you are not sure a message is genuine, only trust invitations shown inside your account and contact support@monstersweeps.net.

Can I ask to be invited?

Invitations are decided by us, so requests cannot be accepted. The best way to be considered is to keep playing within your limits and climb the tiers.

How do I earn XP?

XP comes from deposits, referral bonuses, Fortune Wheel spins and your sign-up bonus. Birthday bonuses, weekly rewards and VIP offers are game credit only and do not add XP.

Is XP money?

No. XP is a loyalty score. It cannot be redeemed, sold or transferred. It only decides your tier.

Do tiers expire or drop?

How does the VIP referral boost work?

Standard players earn 50% credit and 50% XP of a friend's first deposit. VIP referrers earn 80% credit and 80% XP. Tier required: [tier that counts as VIP].
